i mean the man could hold folks attention unlike anybody else i have ever seen in all kinds of places.

but just thinking to his whole career and how the man was always a Pro
and was he the first cat you saw who pulled off singing and dancing and made it look so cool?

he was the first to me.singing and dancing all at once.

he definitely made a mark on a few generations (mine included), but no he wasn't the first to make singing and dancing cool.

James Brown was his idol. Plus, Michael Jackson always lip sang. He did that so he could pull off the dance moves. So he wasn't really singing and dancing at the same time. JB was the king

and they were before my time, i'm talking in the modern context and how as a kid through his adult life and doing it.
