That a bunch of this isn't already done? They claim they're going into the studio to record - however, remember last year when they released "Get Away", and the plan was to release a track per month? So wouldn't that suggest there's already a bunch of tracks in the can? Or did that all get scrapped (like AOI 3)? The Pitchfork article also has the track names of the songs with guest spots. So they picked a guest and named the song, but still need to record? Don't get me wrong, I'm all for new De La. I see the Kickstarter basically like a pre-order, so all good. They'll get my money. But to claim they need to reach this goal by May, to get in and record an album, and have the wax pressed and delivered by September? Timeline makes no sense. Again, not trying to knock DLS, I just think the campaign is a bit off.
