"Common will soon be an Oscar Academy Award Winner"
Common and John Legend received the Oscar nomination today in the Original Song category for the song "Glory" for Selma. After winning the Golden Globe last Sunday, they are considered the favorite to win. Common will soon join the ranks of Eminem and Three 6 Mafia, as the only rappers who have ever won Academy Awards. I still haven't gotten over Pharrell's Happy losing the Oscar last year though.
