I prolly would name off about 10 other MC's the I would expect to hear over a Dilla beat officially before Nas. Wonder if this is going on the Mass Appeal Comp or the last Def Jam album?
This was a nice surprise. I can't be mad that it's a "Donuts" beat although in my "in a perfect world" thought, it would be crazy if Nas linked up with Questlove who we all know has a gang of unreleased Dilla joints and picked something that Dilla fans haven't heard before or even a whole lot. I'm appreciative regardless though and glad that Nas has some new music on the horizon.
