it's absolutely at the bottom of my list. the tour for the album was bananas though. it was a better live experience, IMO. i didn't like the way the album was mixed.

Mostly by default but this album really is fantastic. Production immaculate and I've really grown to like his flow and his imagery. He's really becoming a complete artist. Also brought Bun B back to life on that one song

Glitches in the Break was great, too. He is really one of my favorite putting out music at this point.

Black Milk seems morose lately. Being from Detroit i guess. This album isn't great to me yet. I thought he had regained creative footing after AOTY with glitches & No Poverty but this seems a bit dull initially. That could change.

... best releases of the year to me thus far.

But it's just a safe Black Milk album to me.

now because i want to give it multiples spins but i'm hearing heavy madlib, alchemist & dilla influences all over the record.

i feel it's his 2nd best album after tronic.
