Just last week I was listening to jazz fusion and thinking to myself on how hip hop opened me and a lot of others to a lot of old school music that we may have never thought to check out on our own. Nice to see one of the old school funk artists acknowledge that.

idk maybe people are tired of talking about sampling in music but i thought the video was insightful and cool always good to see those who have been sampled give props to the art of sampling.
