it's in mine so far.

(along with sadistik, ka/preservation, sage francis, and riff raff. damn it's been a slow year...but i'm looking forward HHM2 and RTJ2 tho)

"days before rodeo" really just hit me hard with its catchiness. it really sounds like some dope summer shit too. makes me feel how cudi made me feel when i used to actually like cudi.

and very well done.

HOWEVER.
As a singular voice...I don't think he has it. Great tape, but he reminds me of the Dream as far as talent versus superstar ability.

again, this is exactly how i felt about cudi when he first came out! he grew on my after a while, cuz the songs were just so damn catchy. almost genius in terms of effective pop hooks.

Mainly the production. I can see some of the elements Ye's been using from dude. "Backyard" and "Grey" toward the end are my favorite tracks.
