the poll results got me putting Reloaded on to see if I'm missing something. I don't remember liking Reloaded much when it came out. Then again I didnt really like Marcberg right away either.
I'll go with Marcberg but I love Reloaded too. Both are great in different ways - hard hitting rhymes and beats vs. a moody, cinematic, minimalist atmosphere.

Plan to, though. I'm behind on listening to SO MUCH stuff from like the past 4 years.
Sometimes, one album may have more bangers, but, it's not the kind of album you can sit down and listen to through and through. You end up either just picking a few songs that you really like and stick to those or, if you're like me, keep one song on repeat for like 2 hours straight.
But, other albums have a sonic narrative that flows easily and you can just immerse yourself into it and appreciate the great sequencing.
Come to grips with the fact that most OKP's are of the Nut Hugger lineage, so, if you' re not part of the little cliques that exist 'round here, your posts will probably tank like Souljaboy's album sales.

It just doesn't fully capture what Roc was trying to do sonically the way that Reloaded does. The lyrics and delivery fit the beats perfectly on Reloaded, "no drums" (still don't get this) be damned. Marcberg isn't as fully formed.

Something along those lines. It's kinda like the jump from Ironman to Supreme Clientele, it's just impossible to enjoy them equally because one album is more advanced stylistically.

Shit's like $50 now.
AMAZING album but it took me a few spins to get the vibe. Marcberg was more, I don't know, vibrant....but it's uneven compared to Reloaded. That last stretch of songs, peaking at "Thread Count," is unreal.
