... Start with bad meets evil, then go to the songs on slim shady LP that aren't singles. The Eminem Show and Marshall Mathers LP are great.

The Bad Meets Evil EP is Em on his young shit, Ignore a good chunk of relapse. Look at the singles from Recovery. Ignore his most recent album entirely.

1) he said post-Eminem Show stuff. I'm assuming he's already heard the old stuff.

2) The Bad Meets Evil EP was awful. Combo of Eminem screaming and bad production. Def not all that close to his "young stuff" outside of maybe the goofy lyrical content.

my issue with him is that he makes anthems for every track it seems. there's not grimy on this album.
