Disappointed in the lack of appreciation of their first album! Easily one of my faves in the year of it's release. Saw them play at SXSW and get love but just never quite for over that hump other then Gilles, Benji and KCRW. And they hustled hard w/ promotion!
I love this album and the progression of their sound. They flipped tempos and sounds and I hope folks appreciate this record and dig up their debut! Kudos to the EWH and OKP crew for making this record happen!

Had a couple of listens through of this, it's not hitting me immediately like their debut, but I'll definitely be giving it a lot more spins to see if it grows.

Always made me think of the Common song.
A song popped up on my soundcloud somehow recently, was like damn this is kinda funky - I'm digging this.
Peeped the first album on Spotify, blown away. First album is a sound I'm all too familiar with and a sound a lot of OKP's are in to. Did my googles and whaddayaknow, new album released same week.
Have listened to the new one once all the way through. Need to sit with it some more.
