You can look at this two ways: 1)How he's hoping to snap-back from the Republicans who hate him now, because although he's embraced sweeping tax cuts for the rich, loudly called his detractors idiots, and he's spending millions of dollars on a special election to fill the late Senator Frank Lautenburg's seat (to try to secure his own re-election), he's embraced the federal government when they come to offer him free money, and he has been seen hugging a black-man.
Oh, and 2) the second way is because he's had the lap-band surgery, which involves a rubber band to be wrapped around the top of the stomach near the esophagus to limit the intake (and rate of intake) of food.
I've had a weight loss surgery myself and I think this guy is setting a poor example for the rest of us fatties.

She was on his 1999: The New Master single with a track called "Rosario" which was her dropping a political spoke word over the "Little Red Corvette" chords. I can't find a clip, and my single's in storage or I'd upload it (though I'm sure you have it).
Why: It's off the album 'Games, Dames, & Guitar Thangs' (she's promoting Sin City: A DAME to Kill For), and her character is a dominatrix/prostitute, so she's all about that "physical love."
