I never heard this album until a week ago. I had heard of The UN from PeteStrumentals and knew Roc's connection but I didn't ever really dig deeper than that. As good as this album is, I'm really surprised I've never even heard of it until now especially considering the big name producers that contributed. The production is top notch and I love how hungry Roc sounds on this. It doesn't sound 10 years old at all. Am I the only one that slept?

anybody that remembers what the music sounded like from 2oo4 should appreciate this album for that at least

I actually only play the original version with Roc Marci going hard but man that is a hell of a beat. The album overall I never got into like that. Game of Death tho...
Yo that Russian Hat Wear track is my shit. Though I prefer the full instrumental track when it was called Money on the World Domination mixtape. Zone out music...

but that other pete beat (can't remember then name)with the orchestral sample is also dope. plus it has my favorite roc verse on there "the stubbornest mule, l ron hubbard of rap, punish your bules"

Roc Balboa is more technically gifted than people give him credit for

I nabbed a copy of this back when it dropped and wondered why I hadn't heard more about it.
As brutal as Game of Death and some others are, my fav joint on this record is Mind Blowin'. There is absolutely nothing extra or superfluous on that track. Straight GUTTER. I play it on repeat. A lot.
I haven't heard a ton of Roc's newer joints, but he seems to have eased into that laid back pimp relaxation flow. On this record, he's sptittin' like he's trying to kill someone.
