Never was much of a Future fan before, but he has some jams on here.

seems like its geting way too overpraised by certain sites/writers
the best thing about it is basically future as a singer/vocalist, hes really emotive and has a great voice/tone. but the bangers on here are kinda dull and generic (though i like covered in money a lot), and the R&B stuff is cool, but some of these lyrics are kinda 'huh'. its like trapstar soap opera blues. hearing lines about pussy juice on a slow jam just sounds weird. i dont get any sense of real identity from him on this album, one song hes a dope boy, the next hes talking about blowing huge amounts of cash, the next hes trying to be all heartfelt and confessional (and most of the time, his deep and meaningful confessions are pretty shallow). i know pitchfork and rolling stone cant get over the idea of someone being crass/hardcore on a slow jam, but erm, that doesnt seem all that novel if youve been listening to r kelly for a while? lol.
