I think the group would have been a whole lot better without Shogun Assassin & Beretta 9. They were the most regular/average sounding.
I love Islord's voice and 9th Prince learned how to ride beats better over the years, unfortunately he was wild sloppy on the 1st album.

I personally prefer Heavy Mental. Killarmy was cool and we rocked that album hard but I didn't like any of the MCs besides Killa Sin so it wasn't an absolute favorite.

There were like 3 to 4 tracks that had some energy to em but it took some patience to get thru that album front to back

After the first wave of Wu albums

(36 Chambers to...lets say Wu Tang forever) the quality dropped significantly.

In the second wave you got The Pillage, Bobby Digital, Heavy Mental, Sunz of Man, Tical 2, Immobilarity...Gza,

Quiet Weapons was better than all those....lol

Even Deck's uneven solo

When you said Wi first-stringers I thought you meant it was better than some of the first solos.

I would take Heavy Mental, Heist of the Century and Wu-Syndicate over Killarmy...I just don't like those dudes on the mic like that.
