"Beanie Sigel's The B. Coming was HIGHLY underrated"
went back to this album a few days ago. wow. its easily his best album, his debut although strong, had some duds. beanie sounds great on it and it has that classic sound to it. even the features were good. thoughts?

after his first 3 albums and the public enemy #1 mixtape, i had beans as the next successor in the scarface / biggie lineage.
the way his career and life have fallen apart over the last 10 years is one of the great hip hop tragedies imo. dude had the tools to be an all-timer.

I think the fallout at the Roc messed up the promotion on this LP. It was released on Dame's new label at the time, right? Anyway, dope ass album. Def his best work. The only problem I had was the wasted appearance by my dude Sadat. Fav song was "One Shot Deal" him and Reggie obliterated that track! I miss rapping like that. Even the Chad & P cut fit in the mix. This will be back in rotation for a while. Thanks for mentioning this album. Sadly, I kinda forgot about it.
