"in retrospect, irv gotti not getting that def jam "president" title was ..."


          

while this guy was an a&r he brought jay-z, dmx and ja rule to the label.
i mean how many billions of dollars did he make the company between 1998-2002 alone?
who did they ultimately even end up giving the position to?
does anyone even know without googling?
and just how has def jam been doing the last 3-4 years since irv was lobbying to get the position?

another missed opportunity.
