with some of the most uninspired bullshit as song writing run through the let's make this shit sound like it's bigger than it really is, vst band and over the top singing. it's the type of music they play during 16 and pregnant to let you know that trailer park mom alize is really sad that the black baby daddy won't accept that she's moved on to the white love of her life.
i really feel sad for the state of emotions, sponsored by geico of course, and that new pill that'll make shite music like that not just digestible, but 'sound pretty damn good'. but i heard that terrorists are funding that research.

i'm one of those who respects his drive, and yeah, his technical abilities as a musician too, but i'm just not inspired by his actual music. (my wife and daughter like his record though.)
but, my own personal musical preferences aside, after that halftime show i looked at my wife and daughter and said, 'i admit it man, right there they killed it.' that was an EXCELLENTly performed halftime show. Smart choices, (i ESPECIALLY loved the choice of opening up with just Bruno on the drums), good mix of variety in the tunes, nice sound mix* (*wife and daughter thought his vocals were too drowned out in the mix, but i tend to focus more on the sound of the band than on lead vocals so i thought it was fine). Well produced, tight little set. good job i say....

bruno killed it, but not everybody cares for his songs.
the OP doesn't. a few ppl that replied think is songs are okay... but still think he nailed it. i thought the review was fair, although mine would be more glowing.
