I haven't understood where people are coming from with Jay-Z's fallen off talk, I liked him on BP3 and REALLY liked him on his stuff after that. But MCHG is pretty atrocious rapping-wise, and hearing Timbaland regain his form wasn't enough of a novelty to get past that.
I kinda knew it wasn't gonna be that good once I found out he was no longer working with Illangelo and Doc McKinney. The production was the only reason I funked with him. Never liked his voice.
