"Nina Simone's April 7, 1968 Concert"

Does anyone know if Nina's 4/7/68 concert was ever released in its entirety? This is the concert that became Nuff Said, performed/recorded three days after the murder of MLK. I'm assuming its still locked up by her estate. Has any video from the performance ever been released?

((I'm actually working on a lecture re: 60s and 70s countercultural and social/political movements - if folks know of other immediate live responses to King's death, besides Robert Kennedy's famous Indianapolis speech (which I will probably use) ... or to any of the other traumas of the period, share them here. Music or speech is fine by me.))

Here's an interesting article I came across contrasting James Brown's post-MLK concert w/Nina's...

http://www.theatlantic.com/entertainment/archive/2013/04/how-nina-simone-and-james-brown-mourned-mlk-jr-onstage/274605/

Follow-up question: Does anyone know what hymn Nina is playing at the start of "Why?" ... it's on the tip of my tongue but I can't name it. (During the song, she says it was one of his favorite tunes...?)

I know there's tons of vague 'political' music from the period but responses to specific issues or events are harder to come by.

One you might not know: 'Shot On James Meredith' by JJB Lenoir: http://nhacso.net/nghe-nhac/shot-on-james-meredith.X1lVVUBbaw==.html - would be interesting

will keep brainstorming as well
