only because I am a Jay Z fan that hasn't liked him since American Gangster and for that reason expected MGHG to suck, in fact, despite the fact I didn't like it at all, I thought MCHG was going to be worse than it actually was
Oh and I haven't heard that Deltron album yet because I am legitimately scared to hear it lmao. I love the first one so much and it has been so long....I will get to it eventually though

>I cant think of 1 good song on the album. > >EDIT > >Actually "Pay The Price" is good. > > same here. that shit was so boring I don't even remember listening to it. one of the few times I feel like I wasted money. no redeeming qualities anywhere.

for me to not hate yeezus... and really, the only tracks i don't fuck w/ at all are black skinhead and i am a god... the rest is ok... 5/10 on an offshoot experimental album ain't bad to me... esp. after 808s, which sucked from beginning to end...
i didn't like the Jay album at ALL the first time i listened... but putting it in the whip and listening straight through did wonders... really dig that album now
i couldn't be disappointed in the em album because Recovery didn't give me a single reason to look forward to it... shit does blow though
didn't listen to the deltron 3030
born sinner was boring as all fuck, but again, i wasn't expecting a ton... but i got mad at that art of story telling "sample" or whatever the fuck it was... he took me out of the game w/ the 2nd song... dude can spit and all, but come on, try to *appear* to be at LEAST as interesting as anyone i know personally.. jeeze

Yeezus was good. It was something different so I appreciate it. It was experimental and did it succeed? Yes and no. I'm glad he kept that shit short though. 10 songs was enough.
MCHG was what we expected form Jay at this point. It's an mainstream album with him on autopilot so he can stay relevant and keep his cash flow going. I mean the best track on that shit, my boy said it best I wanted another Rawse verse. It is miles better than Blueprint 3 though. But yea, since American Gangster shit's been lacking for Hov. I mean the best shit he put out all year where he's REALLY rapping is this joint he did for a soundtrack: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LsfwHcHvWtY
Deltron 3030 wasn't that bad. But then again I wasn't expecting anything near the level of the first album.
MMLP2 is better than I thought it'd be from post-Encore Em. So there's that.
Born Sinner put me to sleep. The fact that jacked The Art of Storytelling AND Electric Relaxation on the same album is unforgivable.
But with Pusha I was hoping for more grime. I mean after King Push and Numbers on the Board, I was expecting more shit that I could commit atrocities to put shit was a tad to pop-ish for me.
unlike most of you, I haven't been feeling the Jay-Z fell off hype train that started around Blueprint 3, he's remained as satisfying as ever. But when this album dropped and he suddenly wasn't rhyming about SHIT most of the time, meanwhile Timbaland comes out of nowhere with some REAL bangers...that I found that album was as okay but boring as I did was a real, real bummer.
