was when biggie rapped over that "I didn't mean to" beat on that mister cee mixtape back in the day.

I have a feeling Cas embellishing just a tad.

Their styles are distinctly different.

He has legitimate cause to go after Em cuz he dropped Rap God back in '11. Of course, it's possible Em and others never heard it, but still.. He has just cause to let em know what's up.

When Fear Itself dropped, I swear there wasn't an emcee around, save LL, with the swagger and braggadocio of a young Cas, and he still carries himself that way to this day. He's not called Smash for nothin.

That siren in the beat is annoying as hell.

Obviously dude has flow for days but that switching up on flows, while takes skill, becomes grating after the first verse.

Not one I would go back to *shrugs*

Would like to hear more shit tho....just not sounding like that.

that i actually like eminem's version of rap god, even with the less than rap god worthy beat, but when casual gets on the beat, i don't care to hear his version again, and i love casual.

when they had the chance

they might be more than a marginal crew that relies on a handful of "classic" albums from the early/mid 90's for fame

Casual just dwarfed Em on that track, while improving on the OG production at the same time.
showed him what it meant to come with some well thought out, fast pace/slow pace, "complex" shit, complete with crazy biblical references and real life history lessons. Cas took it to that next level. that's what a true and living god emcee can do. Em... i won't say he's not capable, but he's not there.

nowadays bc they support what we want to believe?

my guess is the hidden history is much more complex than ANYONE is aware

but yeah, ive been aware for decades that Greece stole pretty much everything from Egypt

applying that to a rap "beef" between a white & black american in 2013 is just an agenda fest & allows Casual to use being black as a way to sidestep the fact that Marshall is just better at rapping than he is

sorry

adherence to strict dogma is tricknowledge

expecting an individual to accept rigid principles & then dismissing the person bc their views don't fit inside a box is tricknowledge

denying the existence of a mystery god & then cloakng your views in mystery & dubious historical sources is tricknowledge

thinking independently & not allowing dogmatic ideas about the way the world is right & exact

i SELF lord & master

not i WHAT THIS BOOK SAYS lord & master

i respect ppl who study Kemet & that stuff, it's useful & a great check against other systems of thought...it is particularly relevant for Black people

but when it's used in this context, it's a crutch for not being able to SHOW & PROVE

know that

peace

>nowadays bc they support what we want to believe?

what makes Herodotus more dubious than any other historian? as a Greek circa 500 b.c., what would he have to gain from pointing this out?

>my guess is the hidden history is much more complex than
>ANYONE is aware

riiiight. your guess is far more credible than Herodotus' eye witness accounts. u sound real mad here.

>but yeah, ive been aware for decades that Greece stole pretty
>much everything from Egypt

right, but this is different... since Casual referenced it while tearing your favorite rapper a new asshole.

>applying that to a rap "beef" between a white & black american
>in 2013 is just an agenda fest & allows Casual to use being

>better at rapping than he is

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!
just stop it fam. you're making a fool outta yaself.

i already explained in detail in an earlier post above (post 21) how #Rapgod exemplifies the meaning of a god emcee, while... Marshall has failed to achieve this throughout his entire career... and you can't respond with anything better than "Marshall is just better at rapping..."
i know it hurts when your hero gets exposed like this, but you're gonna have to find a way to deal with it.

go'head bruh-- let out some more anger. it's gonna be ok.

i have no actual guess but Herodotus is as dubious to me as any writing preserved & known for that long of a time

Im back & forth on Em, used to be a big fan, not so much nowadays

objectively he's a better rspper than Casual

I mean, my cousin texted me the other night saying "Just heard the Casual Diss on Eminem. He tore him a new asshole." I replied "Serious?" He replied, "Hell muthafuckin no! Shit was probably the weakest diss I've ever heard. Bwahahaha".

Like, I think Benzino did a better job. Casual just showed that he ain't close to being on Em's level. I wish Em would respond but honestly, if I was him I probably wouldn't because nobody thinks it's good anyway. "this ain't 8 mile"? Woah! Zinger! LMAO.
