This is amazing to me!!! Young Rick James getting it in!!! I only found out about this LP a couple of years ago. I was also wondering why it was so expensive, I had never heard any of the songs on this LP...You got anymore information about this lp??? I am going to listen to the whole lp. The media really have down-played Rick James's musical abilities...

I did not know that his professional singing career spanned back so far!!! I did know that he was with a group called, "The Mynah Birds" but I had never heard any of the songs. "Super Freak"/Rick James fans really need to hear and know that he was so much more musically that he has been portrayed to be!!!

It's really bad that he is not around anymore and he can't inform his fans, young and old about his extended musical past. Folx need to hear some of his old work but it looks like the hits on his U-Tube links show that it ain't happening anytime soon. The boy was, "Cold Blooded" !!!

and regarding that cameo is better than rick james thread....thats bull cuz they could have never done an album like this great white cane lp.....I love this album for Mother Earth alone cuz his voice is absolutely beautiful on that one.
