I imagine with the success of 'Get Lucky' and 'Blurred Lines', he'll be mainly singing on the album. Hope so anyway. Co-sign the anti-Miley features, etc.

As far as features go, I wouldn't mind hearing Kanye, Nas, Frank Ocean, Earl Sweatshirt, Pusha T & Ab-Liva on the album. Not as loaded as In My Mind. Singing is cool by me, still want to hear him rap a little bit, though.

As much as I loved "In My Mind", even I have to admit that it was pretty masturbatory... I just happen to like Pharrell's music enough to listen to that sort of thing from him.
If he delivers some stuff similar to what he cooked up for the Despicable Me 2 sndtrk, this should be pretty good. It sounded like he was learning how to write for himself without sounding like some kind of spoof of himself, if that makes sense. This just seems more like HIS time, to me. When IMM came out, he was still pretty "hot" in the production world, giving away all his best shit, so the album kinda sounded like a side project, imo. I think it'll be different this time around and look forward to it.

i think ppl hated on it just for the sake of hating on it he can't rap as well as he can harmonize (didn't say sing lol) so i hope the album is mostly melodic shit with guest features
