dude was nice, never understood why he wasnt on the Roc as a premiered artist. Why was Jay pushing for Memp Bleek and all the while Sauce was killing all his guest appearances. Sauce was one of the nicest.

I guess Sauce didn't want to wait so he signed a deal with Priority. Jay was in the first video & had two features on the album.
In the end Sauce was good but didn't stand out enough on his own.

he had some lines & got some good beats (pre-game's beat is so classic) but he was not that good of an artist & his steez/rhymes haven't aged well

jay upgraded & got Beans, a better version of Sauce lol

talk re. Sauce Money's career the easiest way to kill that noise is to point out how much better Beans is. Beans never really reached his full potential but artistically Sauce isn't in his weight class.

...but mostly for r&b & pop acts; once in a while he'll release a single or two that basically go under the radar cause his songs aren't that good unless he's got production from a dope producer.

Everytime I hear him on some radio show doing an interview he's always talking about putting out an album but it's been over ten years and no second album in site.

One of my favorite Premier beats in that era, and Sauce kills it

A full Sauce + Premier album woulda been classic. I mean if Group Home can make a classic album with Premier imagine what Sauce would've done

I know I know... shoulda coulda woulda.

Also, Sauce Money looks like Prop Joe without the dreads lol

he was going to drop the album on the ROC, but there was contract issues with priority and an ensuing fall-out with jay/dame/biggs.

a few of the tracks ended up getting used on middle finger u.

ex. face off 2000, what we do, intruder alert

but some of the really great ones didn't... like this joint here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLVziCj8ViM

and against the grain.

those were all going to be on one album that was going to drop on roc-a-fella after the streets is watching project.
