I feel like Cap from Style Wars is kinda the archetype for the proverbial "wack mc". His concern is not Art, only Power & Dominance. "More". "War". He has one basic style & directly uses it to obscure & harm artists w/ wider range & more depth.

So what we have in rap is...wack one style cats who get put on (quick throwups as compared to real pieces) and garner attention at the expense of some better artists.

Now in the movie the writers were the heroes. This cat was indeed the villain.

But it seems in rap today the villains have become the writers, & the Caps of this shit? the Toys? idk, yall TELL ME
