now having said that i do love lets get it on for the jazz instrumentation and the double metaphor which to me inspired so many acts. you can clearly hear Lets get it on on 2Pac's "Me against the world" or R.Kelly's self title 1995 album with the balance of fear and hope as one.

however he had to keep the seduction going because that was part of his image.
