Jim James
The Knife
Kurt Vile
Atoms for Peace
Queens of the Stone Age
J. Cole - Truly Yours 1 & 2
Daft Punk
KRIT
Future. Say what you will but when you want ignorant shit, this mixtape is it
Rhye
Vampire Weekend

...
- Yeezus was underwhelming but I"ve been coming back a lot to the songs I like
- J. Cole LP was nowhere near as bad as everyone made it out to be. Matter of fact, neither was his first
- 20/20 was good.
- James Blake was good but for whatever reason I haven't had the "oh" moment with it yet. I thought Jim James did a lot better job of making a melancholy album
- Phoenix was cool from what I've heard
- Empire of the Sun can only make one song but I enjoyed what I heard from the new one
- Thundercat was OK. Feel bad considering the circumstances of the album but maybe it's not the season for the gloomier stuff now
- Only gave Albert Einstein a once-over but I enjoyed it
- Was a bit disappointed in Toro Y Moi, but after several listens it's a solid LP, albeit not as rewarding as his earlier stuff
- Chance & MFN Exquire mixtapes were cool. I owe Underachievers another listen

disappointing:
- Tyler. What a fucking whino.
- Bronsolino/Fraud. Feels like Bronson's ran out of ideas. I don't like the mafioso thing he's doing now
- Ghostface. It's difficult to listen to him rap now.
- The National. Fuck this shit. Probably never really liked them in the first place
- A$AP. Took away everything that made the first record charming IMO

nothing earth-shattering or new on this list, but:

Curren$y - New Jet City
Prodigy/Alchemist - Albert Einstein
Daft Punk - Random Access Memories
Action Bronson - SAAAB Stories
Justin Timberlake/Timbaland - The 20/20 Experience
Curren$y & Wiz Khalifa - Live in Concert
Kanye West - Yeezus
A$AP Rocky - LongLiveA$AP
Kacey Musgraves - Same Trailer Different Park

i need to give the Ghostface album some more spins.. love the way it sounds.. gotta pay more attention to GFK's performance, cuz i wasn't super impressed the first couple of times.. I wish Acid Rap could make the list, but i think i just have too many problems with it - promising artist though, i think... ESGN is cool but disappointing so far (just the monotony and length of it), not giving up on it yet though and there are some monster individual tracks on it...

i've gotta look at the rest of this post and see what i missed..
