But I can barely stand to listen to his projects

I agree not everyone he provides beats for (himself included) are top-tier MC's, but none are bad enough to ruin albums.

I was exhausted before it was even done, I've only gone through it about three times.


Otherwise, I think he's been on a major hot streak since that 2009 album. I can't speak to most of his work prior to 2007 or so but I always felt he was your typical "better than average" boom bap guy before the past three years

Rare Chandeliers and No Idols are cool for a week or two, but the nostalgic retro gets old. I'd rather just listen to an album that's from the '90s.
