"how many acts has WSHH "made"?"

i spoke at length about the NMC pushing charles hamilton in 08/09, the failure it ultimately was and the loss of power and relevance they had in the wake of that failure.

WSHH has been the epicenter of Black culture for probably a good 4-5 years now.
(forget about BET or anything else...)

what acts have THEY "made" besides MTV riff raff & lil b?

could you argue trinidad james really cut his teeth on WSHH despite all the backers he had on board?
could waka flocka, future or 2 chainz be considered WSHH creations?
(i personally don't think so...)
...gunplay?

who has WSHH broke that otherwise wouldn't have had a spotlight on them if not for WSHH?

You mention Pill and Lil' B. Personally, I loved Pill from his Killer Mike and Freddie Gibbs collaborations. The MMG signing was a major bummer for me; he's been irrelevant since.

And for me, Lil' B was broke by Noz on Cocaine Blunts long before it was cool to like him. I've been conflicted on the guy (Noz) lately, but when he was deciphering Lil' B's 600-ish MySpace profiles just to show folks what was up that felt like the vanguard to me. Beyond that, I think "Like a Martian " was a Youtube phenomenon...I'm sure I never saw it on WSHH.

My experience with World Star is they promote XXX versions of videos by Yo Gotti, LA da Boomman and so on while charging wild money to other Southern acts trying to break the ignorance barrier with more ignorance.

I'll be happy if I can make it through life without getting knocked out in a WSHH fight compilation.

This is the correct answer. There "broken through" to the rap game and then there's "broken through" to the wide culture. Though minor in the big scheme of things, Stacks is the only one of the names mentioned thus far that has name recognition outside of a devoted hip-hop base.

seem to go on Worldstar to watch music videos. I know if I'm ever there it's for the fights and other ratchetness.
For younger people it may be thought of as a one stop shop, but I don't necessarily buy that. What would be the basis for clicking on a video from an unknown anyway? The song title? The screenshot?
The faulty view counters should serve as a warning to people who spend their money to host their videos there.

Once he split from Jim Jones, it seemed like every other day he had something on there, whether it was a music video or some Jim related fuckery.
