to see them genre-bend throughout the song, but bring it back to the original feeling towards the end. that was real cool.

but knowing that it's coming kinda builds tension in retrospect.

The OG is definitely not getting played again.

This version almost reminds me of 'Smash It Up (Parts 1 & 2)' by The Damned a bit.

and why o why did this version make the lyrics seem so damn literal and not metaphorical or symbolic or sum shit like i thought (told myself) they were on the original
