I have a soft spot in my heart for CRAC, too.

It's what made me really pay attention to Blu. Mind you.. this is after having seen him perform Below the Heavens material twice. A lot of people hate CRAC for whatever reason, but his shit talking and sense of humor on there is what made me want to really give BTH a serious listen.

I think it was where I was musically at the time. I was probably thinking that Blu was too throwback/"poor man's Common".. CRAC showed he had range and could sound good without Exile.

as an emcee, he's right up there with Common in LWFC era for me, just with how poetic he can be at times.

his lack of consistency & general aloofness (plus shitty live show) suck for someone so talented

saw him in 2009 opening up for Wale, him & Exile might've had the best show of the night.
& this was when Wale was touring with UCB & killing it live.
