You always make an appearance in the Mwandishi threads (I made one about Crossings a few years back), and now you've dropped this bomb on me.

I never thought anyone would give this Herbie era its proper respect, let alone a 288-page book by a jazz professor in NY. I would've been satisfied with a nice blog post.

I'm gonna walk down to B&N (where they surely won't have it in stock) and place the order ASAP. Many, many thanks.
