Enjoying it so far, but this shit's kind of heavy

I have a feeling it's going to be a sleeper album for me, probably creep on me over the next few months

I've never been in love with his voice but I enjoy his writing and his eclecticism (although the latter sometimes feels a little forced), and he's not letting me down...

A couple of songs hit me immediately. They were playing it in the record store here and I knew who it was but knew I heard nothing about a new my morning jacket album. Didn't hear about his solo either but glad I heard it at that moment.
