1. MJ made it possible for the NFL to recruit Grade A talent.

2. His production was insane for that time...

3. MJ lip synched that entire show...But MJ being MJ not too many people cared...It will forever stand out because it was Michael Jackson...But it wasn't the best half time show of all time..

4. Beyonce did pretty damn good...

You feel old? I was at that super bowl in Pasadena. Granted, only 15 at the time. I was a pretty big MJ fan at the time. Wasn't feelin' Garth Brooks with the National Anthem so much.

i also remember wondering why he would need a new microphone to speak to the crowd, and not just use the one he was wearing to sing.
