de la Soul, up until Stakes is High didn't have alot of cursing. I don't think Stakes had much cursing either.
DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince were good for rocking a song and not cursing.
Rakim's music was hard without using alot of cursing.
Digable Planets' first album.
Heavy D was light on cursing.
us3 from what i've heard is quality music without using profanity.
you also might want to look online for radio edits of popular songs some of them are kinda fun because of the scratch noises that are used to cover profanity. (DJ Premier & RZA are masters at the number of noise effects they used.
i guess if you are referring to new music, you may be up against a wall and a hard place finding music without profanity.
B.o.B.'s music from my impression is pretty free of cursing, but I'm not familiar with alot of his music.

I've enjoyed this album by Modern Scar and I don't believe there is any cursing of any kind, although some of the subject matter is pretty dark (depression, abuse, but often dealt with in cathartic ways).
On a personal tip I have a ton of projects with no profanity on them at all, including my 3 part release of this year "Language Arts" http://megaranmusic.com/
