On November 25th, Space City Beat Battle of Houston, TX held their 9th producer battle. SCBB9 featured Grammy Award-Winning Producer FOCUS & legendary MC Scarface (Geto Boys/Facemob) as guest judges. SCBB9 featured 14 up and coming producers that provided a night full of competitive entertainment. The Winner,The Kracken and Runner-up Tony Dark left with cash, prizes, and Reebok (official sponsor) gear. SCBB was hosted by local producer Jett I. Masstyr, and organized w/ producer Black Rose & media mavenT.Piper.
SCBBX: The City Championships will take place February 16th, 2013 during NBA All-Star Weekend and will feature past winners & runner-ups. SCBB is the premier producer competition in Houston, TX and has been judge by the likes of S1, The ARE, !llmind, Ski Beatz, DJ Scratch, Focus & more.
