I'm kind of sad that Pete Rock doesn't hit it out of the ballpark every time like he use to, these days it's a lot more miss than hits.
The beat is good but for Pete Rock it's needs to be more than just good, it needs that certain sound, this sounds like a simple beat he had sitting around that only took a day or so to make.
