I'm a fan of the Based God, respect his hustle, positive outlook and off the wall style,
However, dude isn't really known for quality control. He probably has 2 Blah-To AWFUL songs for every good song he makes.
For the sake of this thread I'll leave the interpretation of "good" up to you. By most technical standards he isn't a good rapper but he still manages to make good/enjoyable songs.

If nothing else this song is awesome for the Sarah Mclachlan sample on song about shooting up some ninjas.
Assuming that Lil B is the one who produces/picks his samples he really IS good at coming up with song concepts and basing them around a bunch of eclectic samples.
His lyrics are also pretty on point and his flow is better than usual on this one
