"The Great Adventures of Slick Rick is better than Illmatic"

Illmatic is a classic, great and monumental and all but it ain't fucking with The Great Adventures of Slick Rick. Nas is a dry story teller and comes across boring, especially in comparison to Slick Rick. Slick was doing his thing with so much style on The Great Adventures and what made it so cool is made it sound so much fun and easy. Nas' voice, flow and delivery just lack that fun that Slick Rick brings with his voice, flow and delivery. And for as for production, I enjoy The Great Adventures more because it sounds more fresh and colorful.

Illmatic. I mean, for that matter I think It Takes A Nation of Millions and The Chronic are both better albums than Illmatic.

They both have some songs I could do without. But they also both have at least three undeniably timeless songs.

Your answer is acceptable.

I will give you an Illmatic is the best rap album ever waiver. You should receive your official certificate in the mail within 4-6 weeks. You may show your certificate in any rap argument as proof that you are allowed to say this and not be considered ignorant.
