it makes me think of a woman with really fancy clothes and high quality makeup and hair designed to distract you from the fact that she's not working with much, body-wise. also reminds me of dj spooky. these two things may or may not be related
nice drums though. i'll give it another listen and try to figure out if i'm missing something

as a producer, i'm Listening to the way the drums are sounding. he mic'd them up, pLayed them Live, and had them sounding dirty&crispy. the way he recorded them was dope.
i Like some of the trax on the record, and there's some i'm not feeLing as much-- but its got some cuts on it
