speaks on violence, youth, and the forgotten parts of LA, and remains brilliantly artistic. Storyboard P, the dancer at the end, is just a phenomenal performer.
music is awesome. it's such a nebulous term but his sound seems more organic than it did on cosmogramma... that may be influenced by the context of the video though. i'm hyped for this album

12. "This Video Comes Off As Kind Of Strange At First" In response to Reply # 0
I'm digging the "Before The Quiet Comes" song but it just seems like another interlude that will be on the album.
Personally I liked the videos that he directed himself in the past, but I guess he wanted to give somebody else who seems to be more professional at directing a chance to give vision to this song/interlude.
To me the music should've been playing after the 30 second mark instead of 3 minutes into it, anticipation to hear the song that was so short left me kind of pissed but wanting more (which I guess is the purpose).
