bad 25 might have a moment or two, however its the live dvd which is the prize in the box

Dangerous was originally a greatest hits album called "Decade" and was to going to include a couple new songs like Black Or White, Who Is It, and Will You Be There, and Gone Too Soon (They Don't Care About Us, Earth Song, Dangerous, and Monkey Business were recorded during the same period but still were worked on)

It's been said he recorded new versions of I'll Be There and Never Can Say Goodbye but I'm not sure how true that is

Consider this a digital music nerd question, but some of the J5 stuff I have on my hard drive I catalogue as "ABC Outtakes", "Maybe Tomrrow Outtakes", etc. I've always had a hard time finding out what era The Jackson5's unreleased songs come from.

Why not re-release these with the albums that they're attached to?

i got to hear this comp a few months ago and most of the tracks, if i'm not mistaken, are from the early motown years. i don't think there was a lot of later motown stuff in there.

I listened to the samples and I just can't get into it. I like the funkier stuff by J5, like ABC, I want you back, dancing machine and the love you save. Too much 60s type retro motown stuff for me. I was also looking for it to have more of 1974 Stevie Wonder tracks, because Buttercup was the shit.

He and Jermaine re-recorded one of the songs "You Were Supposed To Keep Your Love For Me" for Jermaine's Let's Get Serious album and he and Michael re-recorded another one called "Pretty Faces" for either Bad or Dangerous

but the original versions? We're lucky we even got Buttercup lol
