One of my favorite albums. Great from start to Finnish. Stingy being my favorite, quickie, last Dane, are ill. What do yall think of it? Cause I include this album with all of George Clinton's classic stuff.

really, this album is dope,
but i think it gets forgotten about for two reasons...

1) "computer games" is the only george clinton solo album that's still in print...
and since that's george clinton's best solo album (sometimes, i think it's the best p-funk album) the rest of his 80s stuff gets overlooked.

2) it sounds like it came out in the 80s, in a bad way.
"computer games" just has grooves/ songs/ jams that are so intense,
they transcend the era. the rest of his 80s albums sound have that 80s sound all over them, and some folks just don't like that sound. i'm not one of those people,
but i can see why folks wouldn't dig it.

it's great for what it is,
although it doesn't make the top 10 p-funk albums for me.

("quickie" may be a top 30 p-funk song, though. that's a big maybe. but yeah, it jams.)

Problem is He was always better on a whole as a Band leader than solo, I mean he has one huge Money cut on the solo tip and then some side 50 cent pieces, however his solo albums are take or leave it on a whole iMO.

i got much respect for him, just take or leave the solo albums.
