The Roots, I believe, are more known amongst their fan base as a group foucsed on making great albums and we often talk about our favorite complete album by them.
And I know we have probably done this a while ago or they may have done it in Okay Artist but, what is your favorite Roots song?

68. "Water in to Quills is excellent." In response to Reply # 5
In my opinion, getting "Water" is the key to the rest of Phrenology. Like I had this moment during the underwater portion of "Water" that just clicked with me. And then at the end when you get washed up on the shore and "Quills" comes in? Whoooo!
When people question me about liking Phrenology more than any other Roots album, I bring up these two songs.

That's up there for me, too. For some reason I tend to forget about that one but when Phrenology first came out, I beat the fuck out of that track. Listened to it like 10x a day (I was a freshman in college haha).
11. "Distortion to Static" In response to Reply # 0
Because that's the song that made me a fan in the first place. When I think of The Roots, the first thing that comes to mind is seeing that video on rap city late summer/early fall.
