when I put a new head unit, I let the opening drums play LOUD.
I'll never forget when I got my 740. The factory head unit's connection was so deteriorated I thought my speakers were screwed. Not so. I got that Sony deck and the GOAT CD Changer (CDX-757MX... none other, even Alpine's handled imperfect CDs better than that one). Switched it to "Billie Jean". Cranked it, with the HU on "XPLOD" setting.
That shit drop kicked me in the chest. ON THE FACTORY SPEAKERS.
I couldn't wait to try some rap shit once I got back home.

This was a dope collaboration compilation with Symbolyc One & Illmind doing all the production and having various rappers spit dope lyrics all through it; some people probably forgot about it, but this is one of those cds I always keep handy to play in the car.
It's not the booming bass like 808's they use but the keyboard bass & hum on the songs (especially all the Illmind tracks) were just heavy ass hell in bassnotes especially the these three songs.
