"Can we talk about the great vinyl fails of 2011?"
2011 seemed to be a huge year for vinyl fails:
Watch The Throne - still not out on vinyl. #fail Phonte - No vinyl. #fail Common - I would've at least liked a 12" for "Sweet" - No vinyl. #fail. Greneberg - Didn't include "Jaws" on vinyl release. #FAIL.
The hell is goin on? It's not even a big investment and all 3 would sell.

however, your overlying point is correct
------------------------- “The other dude after me didn’t help my case. It was just like…crazy nigga factory going on.” Dre makes no apologies for his own eccentricities. “I was young, and searching, trying to find myself,” he says. “Never did.”-- Andre B

Its just a low profit scenario they'd of course like to avoid. I feel some kinda way about vinyls of super clean glossy music like wtt anyway.. Only certain artists works for me (see Madlib!!!) and happily those guys tend to put out vinyls..
to that phonte. i've been waiting on this since it came out, even holding myself back from listening too much to the album. word is, phonte himself said there will be one 'early this year'. i wonder when's that

this time with the smiley cover art. Should have never did that.. The alternative cover art should have stuck with the vinyl and vinyl only. Tis the reason why it was so special when I bought it
