1.) 8 year drought
2.) Last album was superwack with a formula of songlessness/a decent loop beaten into the ground with no variation for 6 minutes.
3.) This is a cool loop, that goes nowhere, that they are teasing TWICE with a custom-mixed and filtered 1.5 minute snippet that will get no burn whatsoever. Conclusion: They don't have anything else better than this to tease us with.

Over/Under on the quality level of the album if it ever drops is "The Campfire Headphase"

Homework is one of my favorite albums PERIOD.

Discovery was great, not on Homework's level, but had some classic jams.

Human After All was underrated, and aged better than expected.

Tron soundtrack was a good soundtrack, boring to listen to individually.

Tack on about 10 or so remixes, and that encompasses their 20 year career. 20 years for that.

i mean....

i had mixed feelings about 'One More Time' at first. but then that Discovery album was loaded w/awesomeness. so i'll wait for this next one.
