An acapella with unreleased adlibs surfaced recently

Some guy named Jimmy Michaels made some remixes using the stems. They sound pretty good

but they MAY be out there among collectors. I know stems for Rock With You, PYT, and a couple others are out there (there's a white label remix of PYT mixed with a Daft Punk track that includes unreleased adlibs).

The stems from Guitar Hero's mix of Beat It are available and can be easily found
