Maybe that feeling will change in time.
Around the same time DOOM stops sounding like he's mush-mouth-laboring to find the mark with this sped-up flow over muted drums & eerie synths.
At points the vocals sound like back in the day when you accidentally pushed the auto-reverse button in your Sony Walkman but it only went halfway down.

When the Fk are we getting the other albums we really care about???
For example, DOOMstarks (ghost said his part was done a long time ago) or a real madvillan sequel (madlib says this was being worked on a couple of years back)?
Shit, I'd settle for another album with danger mouse at this point.

and still abstract and lyrical.

to prove whatever point it is you're trying to make. "Rhimes Like Dimes" is the whole aesthetic of what brought heads to DOOM encapsulated. the lo-fi, sloppily mixed, rhyme my ass off even if it may be falling apart a bit off beat emcee shit.
now a days it literally sounds like he is struggling to get certain words out and connect rhymes schemes. where the sloppy drunken lisp was part of the charm, he now sounds mush-mouthed and bored
