I’m beyond hyped for this. This show has a special place in my heart.

Yes, the entire premise screams “just go with it”, and I’ve always been happy to oblige.

Despite some hokey elements and serious jump the shark moments that seemed to progress in both number and absurdity as the series went on, this really was an amazing show.

The premise was intriguing but it’s great strength was always it’s characters, and they hit a fucking home run on that front. My faborite character always seemed to be whoever they were focused on in the moment:

Augustus
Beecher
The O’Reilly brothers
Said
The aforementioned Kirk Acevedo putting in serious work as Alvarez

Honestly that list is too long.

Iconic villains in Adebisi and Shillinger, etc.

I don’t know about a whole new series, but getting a taste of an epilogue is a treat.

Surely I’m not alone in that?

I’ve seen at least two commercials and in one they’re fighting during a basketball game🤣

always wanted to see them interact on SVU, but their presence on the show is so sporadic and limited that if they ever did, it’s probably hard to put them together for a story that doesn’t feel forced.

Either that or I missed it in the sea of 500+ eps

back in the day..

I was about to say “yo, Alverez” but it happened so fast I couldn’t remember his name at the time.
